Our rates are based on a price per foot, per month. The only addition to that is the cost of electricity. We only charge for electricity used every month, no minimums, and no service charges. The electric rate is what we are charged by Gulf Power and we do not add any additional fees to your electric bill. Each Marina is a little different. Palm Harbor has Free CATV, Free ICE, and Free Wi-Fi. Yacht Harbor does not but is a little less expensive. Please call or e-mail us with your specific wants and needs and we will quote a price you should be happy with. We do not hit you with hidden charges and fees. We appreciate our customers and believe in being up front and honest. We love recreational boaters and it shows in everything we do.
